At Soulful Academy, we believe in providing complete transparency and value to our customers. To ensure clarity, our courses are sold only after the course details have been thoroughly explained, and the purchase is made with informed consent.

Refund Eligibility:

  • We offer a 7-day refund window for customers who may need to request a refund due to unforeseen emergencies.
  • Refunds will be processed only if the request is submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Refund:

  1. The request must be accompanied by a valid reason, which will be reviewed by our team.
  2. The refund is strictly applicable to emergency situations that genuinely prevent participation or access to the course.

Refund Process:

  1. Customers must send an email to Accounts@soulfulacademy.in with their purchase details and the reason for requesting a refund.
  2. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  3. The refunded amount will be transferred back to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Inability to complete the course due to personal preferences.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
